Our Policies
We want you to feel great in your Beige Swimwear pieces. If you decide that your order is not quite right, don’t worry. We will accept returns.
Do You Offer Returns?
We will gladly accept returns on all domestic and international orders in their original condition (see below) within 14 days of receiving the items according to the post-mark. To complete a return, complete the following steps.
What is Original Condition?
To protect our customers, items must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and kept in their original packaging, including garment bags. All tags, cards and hygienic seals must be attached as purchased. Please note that pieces with marks from makeup or other sources will be considered as worn items.
Swimwear worn and photographed, then posted on social media such as Instagram, can’t be returned. We also don’t accept returns on pieces that have been used in commercial photoshoots or other for-profit activities. If you are an influencer and would like to feature our products in a positive way, contact us at: info@beigeswimwear.com.
How Can I Exchange an Item?
If we have made an error on the order, please contact us at info@beigeswimwear.com. We will replace the item as soon as stock is available, or we will issue a refund. Please see more details below.
If you want to return the item for another reason, such as style or color, we do not offer exchanges. If you would like an alternate size or style, it is best to place a new order to secure the piece. Alternatively, we suggest purchasing the size or style you need as soon as possible to secure the piece that you want; you can then submit a return request for your initial purchase. Please note we do no refund original shipping costs.
What if Something is Wrong with my Order?
1. If you were shipped the wrong order or something is wrong with your garment, please notify us immediately by contacting us at info@beigeswimwear.com and quoting the order number and the problem.
2. Once we have received the pieces, we will put them through a quality review. If we find them in original condition (see above), you will receive a refund on the purchase price excluding original shipping cost plus a return shipping fee directly to the original method of payment used for purchase. You will receive email notification once your return is processed within five working days of receiving your return.
3. Please allow 14 business days for the refunded amount to return to your credit card or on PayPal. We will send you an email once this transaction has been processed. Refunds will be issued to the credit card or PayPal account that the payment had originally come from.
Beige Swimwear was created with women from around the world in mind, so we are happy to offer shipping to you, anywhere in the world.
Standard Shipping Fees
Due to COVID-19, there may be minor delays with the shipping carriers.
Domestic
If you are in Japan, we offer free shipping. It takes 3-5 business days via Japan Post.
International
Outside of Japan, we offer a flat rate of $25, and you will receive your order within 5-7 business days via Japan Post.
When Will My Order Ship?
Your garments will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Orders placed after noon JST on Friday will be processed and shipped 2-3 days from the following Monday. We do ship on most major holidays.
Once your pieces have been shipped you will get an email with tracking information. We will reach out to you if an item is out of stock or if we need more information regarding billing details.
How Much Duty and Tax Will I have to Pay?
We cannot provide estimated duties and tax, since this varies by country. Please note that by placing an order for international shipping, you are responsible all taxes and customs duties. Packages that must be processed through customs may take more time, so please consider for this when planning on a delivery date.
What if Something Happens to My Shipment?
If something happens with your shipment, it is best to contact the courier company found on the tracking information. Please note that we are not responsible for lost, stolen and damaged goods handled by courier companies.
