No. You can check out a guest if you like; the account option is there simply for your convenience. If you create an account, we can save you time by pre-filling your shipping and billing addresses. The account is also there so you can see your order history or track what is happening with current ones. The choice is up to you!

Our confirmations can take up to 24 hours to reach you inbox, so if you just placed an order, that may be the reason. If it is beyond 24 hours, check your Spam folder and mark it as “not Spam”. If you still cannot find the confirmation, don’t worry! Contact us at info@beigeswimwear.com and we will take care of you.

We are here for you. The best way to reach us is via email at info@beigeswimwear.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible. For your safety, please do not send your credit card number or CVV by email.

We will email you with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. You can then track it on the carrier’s website.

We understand that online shopping presents some unique challenges, so we're here to help you get your order just right, so you have 14 days from the delivery date to return it. Click here to learn about our return policy.

If something is wrong with your order, we want to make it right. Please notify us immediately with the order number and the problem. See our returns page for more information. 

Our orders are not eligible for changes or cancellation since we process them very quickly. Due to this speed of service, we cannot fulfill changes including those on delivery or payment methods.

We want your Beige Swimwear to be a lasting part of your wardrobe. Please see our Care Tips for information on how to get these pieces to be your favorites for the long-term. 

Beige Swimwear does tend to run small. If you are unsure, or you are between sizes it is best to size up. Look at our Size Guide for more information.

 Shipping prices depend on your location and are determined by the individual carrier. We recommend that you contact the carrier for details.

We do not refund shipping charges and you are responsible for your own shipping costs when returning items. Read our Returns page for more information. 

Not currently. Our prices change with the seasons and fashion trends, and we cannot accommodate refunds when pricing shifts.

Beige Swimwear is not responsible for lost or stolen packages; however, we will try our hardest to make sure the carrier locates your package in the case of loss.
