No. You can check out a guest if you like; the account option is there simply for your convenience. If you create an account, we can save you time by pre-filling your shipping and billing addresses. The account is also there so you can see your order history or track what is happening with current ones. The choice is up to you!
Our confirmations can take up to 24 hours to reach you inbox, so if you just placed an order, that may be the reason. If it is beyond 24 hours, check your Spam folder and mark it as “not Spam”.
